 Yes. If you've already appointed an architect, we're happy to collaborate with them and execute the project as per the approved drawings and specifications. If you haven't selected an architect yet, our in-house design team can provide complete architectural and structural design services.

Absolutely. We encourage prospective clients to visit our ongoing and completed projects to experience our workmanship, site management, safety practices, and quality standards firsthand. Site visits are scheduled in advance to ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and project teams. 

Brickscraft follows a milestone-based payment system called ESCROW Payment Model. Here, Payments are linked to clearly defined construction milestones rather than arbitrary dates. Each milestone is completed, inspected, and approved before the next payment is due, ensuring greater transparency and financial control throughout your project.

You'll receive regular updates throughout your project. Our team shares construction progress, milestone completion, photographs, inspection reports, and upcoming activities through our Customer App as well as on Whasatpp, so you're always informed—even if you're away from the site. 

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our work and provide a 10-year structural warranty along with applicable warranties on waterproofing, fixtures, and other components as per manufacturer and project specifications. Detailed warranty information is included in your project agreement. 

Yes, if you prefer. However, for our turnkey projects, we recommend allowing Brickscraft to procure materials through our approved supplier network. This helps maintain quality standards, ensures material compatibility, reduces delays, and provides better accountability throughout the construction process.

Yes. We assist clients with the required construction approvals and documentation, including coordination for architectural drawings, structural drawings, municipal submissions, and other necessary approvals, depending on the project's scope and local authority requirements.
